Virtual Urgent Care is a regional resource available to people who live in Southwestern Ontario. All you need is an Ontario Health Card, an email address, and access to an internet-connected device (laptop or smart phone).
Who is this for? Virtual urgent care is ideal for non-life-threatening medical concerns that require prompt attention but cannot wait for a primary care appointment. Examples include minor infections, rashes, and mild injuries.
Adult and child/youth appointments are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or visit your local emergency department.
